Scope of Services Get A Life Studios agrees to provide the services outlined in the signed agreement, including but not limited to SEO, website design and development, and dashboard setup. Any additional services must be agreed upon in writing and may incur additional fees. 2. Payment Terms All payments are due prior to the commencement of work as outlined in the signed agreement. Invoices not paid within five (5) days of the due date will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. Clients are encouraged to keep a valid payment method on file to avoid interruptions. Get A Life Studios reserves the right to pause services if payments become overdue. 3. Term & Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with ninety (90) days’ written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become due immediately. If the cancellation notice overlaps a monthly billing cycle, the final period will be prorated accordingly. 4. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the term of the agreement. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, customer data, financial information, and intellectual property. Such information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent. 5. Non-Compete & Non-Circumvention Clients agree not to hire, solicit, or contract any employees or contractors of Get A Life Studios during the term of the agreement and for a period of two (2) years following its termination. 6. Ownership of Work Final deliverables become the property of the client upon receipt of full payment. Get A Life Studios retains the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies with prior client approval. 7. No Refunds All payments made to Get A Life Studios are final. No refunds will be provided for services rendered. This engagement is considered a partnership, and both parties agree to communicate openly to resolve any concerns in good faith. Submit Privacy Policy
