Política de reembolso

At Getalife Studios, we strive to deliver exceptional creative services and experiences. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Deposits Are Non-Refundable

  • All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time.

  • This deposit covers administrative, scheduling, and preparatory costs and cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.

2. Service Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled service date are eligible for a refund of any amount paid beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled service are not eligible for any refund.

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your service up to 72 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability, without losing your deposit.

  • Rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours in advance will require a new deposit.

4. Studio Rental

  • Studio rental fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.

  • If you are unable to use your reserved time, you may transfer your booking to another person with written notice at least 48 hours in advance, subject to our approval.

5. Partial Refunds or Credits

  • If a service cannot be completed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, illness on our part), Getalife Studios will either:

    • Provide a partial refund proportional to the unfulfilled service, or

    • Offer a credit towards a future booking within 12 months.

6. No Refunds After Service Delivery

  • Once the service has been fulfilled and content delivered, no refunds will be issued.

  • Requests for revisions or corrections must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery and are subject to the terms of the original agreement.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies).

  • In such cases, refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
